With your act of participation in our tour programs, you are assuring us that you read, understand and accept the below information and tour conditions. Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre and its advertisers, hosts, sponsors, associates, and affiliates, are acting solely as agents for you, in presenting and/or obtaining the travel arrangements as outlined in the published tour program.

Definitions: We, us, our = Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre. You, your = you the tour applicant/passenger/tour participant/client/customer.

Tour Registration and Deposit: A completed Tour Registration Form along with the deposit must be submitted for each passenger. In the event where a tour is sold out, you will have the option to remain on a waiting list, transfer to another tour, or cancel your booking for a complete refund. Should you need to cancel your booking prior to 60 days before tour departure the deposit will be fully refundable. The deposit and any other tour payments made by you will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within 60 days of tour departure date.

Final Payment: Final payment is due 60 days prior to tour departure. If tour registration occurs within 60 days of tour departure, final payment including the deposit will be due upon confirmation of space.

Cancellation: No refund is available for cancellations made by you or any other person acting on behalf of you, for any reason, on/after 60 days prior to the date of tour departure. Please take out travel insurance to protect yourself from losing your money due to unforeseen circumstances leading to a cancellation. Travel insurance companies usually include limitations or conditions within their cancellation coverage so please read your insurance brochure carefully to ensure you that you fully understand your cancellation policy.

Cancelled Tour Programs: We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any tour program, at any time and for any reason.

Minimum Group Numbers: If you have booked a group tour our pricing will be based on a specific number of passengers participating in the tour. The minimum number of passengers required is 10 passengers. Should the tour fall short of the minimum required number of tour participants, we reserve the right to cancel or alter the tour itinerary, reschedule, or calculate an up-charge as required. You will be entitled to a full refund should you reject these changes.

Please Note: We strongly advise that you do not pay for additional travel arrangements (e.g. flights, transfers etc.), any other items or services (e.g. medical expenses, injections, entry visa etc.) in preparation for the tour until we are able to confirm in writing that the minimum number of tour participants have been reached (usually within 60 days of tour departure). You may not be able to recover these additional costs should the tour be cancelled.

Tour Price: The tour price is subject to change at any time. This could be due to currency fluctuations, increase in airfares and ground arrangements and/or other unforeseen changes.

Illness or Disability: Anyone suffering from any illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any drugs or other cause of treatment which may be required during the tour.

Tour Facilitator: Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre creates these journeys on behalf of Australian metaphysical teachers and holistic practitioners. Your Tour Facilitator is not a staff member of Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre, nor is your Tour Facilitator a certified Tour Guide. The main role of your Tour Facilitator is to facilitate the spiritual/holistic component of this journey and to escort the tour as specified in the tour program. Acting only as agents to arrange these services for you, our total responsibility for the spiritual component of these journeys are passed through to the Tour Facilitator. In the unlikely event of the Tour Facilitator being unable to take the journey due to illness, accident, illness/accident of a family member, or for any other unforeseen reason, Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre reserves the right arrange another Tour Facilitator in his/her place, in which case these same terms and conditions apply.

Egyptologist Tour Guide: A Certified Egyptologist Tour Guide will join our journey in Cairo and travel with us throughout Egypt.

Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended. We offer several policies, please contact us for further information.

Passport & Visa: A passport is required to travel internationally. An entry visa to the destination you are visiting may be required, please contact us for further details.

Vaccinations: Please see your doctor for current vaccination requirements and recommendations.

Included/Not Included: Everything mentioned in your tour itinerary under "Inclusions" is included in the published tour price. Items, services and any other arrangements not mentioned in the tour itinerary/inclusions are not included.

Roommates: Single travellers can reserve single room accommodation for an extra charge. Please enquire for further details. Those requesting that we assist them in selecting a roommate may be subject to a single room supplement charge if a suitable roommate cannot be found. We will make every effort to find an appropriate roommate, but we cannot be held responsible for this suitability. Should you decide to change roommates, or select a single room while the tour is in progress, you will be responsible for the cost of your single room, and the cost of the single supplement of your originally assigned roommate if a new suitable roommate cannot be found for that person.

Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre is not to be held responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or property, injury, illness, accident, cancellations, amendments to itinerary, delays, acts of God, unforeseen circumstances, error, or negligence of any person, strikes, civil disturbances or any other disturbances of any kind which interfere with or add cost to the services requested. Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre will make every effort to provide the most up-to-date information and the best travel arrangements possible. However, Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre will not be liable for any dissatisfaction with accommodation or services experienced by any client. Lifestyle Travel & Cruise Centre reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time and for any reason. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Any unresolved disputes arising out of these tours will be settled in the Australian courts. All prices quoted are correct at the time of printing or advertising, but are subject to change based on circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to major airline fare increases, tax increases, international currency fluctuations etc. Acting only as agents to arrange these services for you, our total responsibility is passed through to the service providers.

About our Tours: Our tour programs are unique in that they provide an opportunity for you to join others of like mind in spiritual, sacred, holistic and metaphysical experimental exploration. Naturally we cannot "sell spirituality", nor can we guarantee that a "shaman is a shaman" or that you will receive "healing" on any level, but we do invite you to join us on an outward/inward journey of self-discovery, where you can open your mind, expand your awareness and take home profound life-changing insights and experiences. The level of healing, knowledge, spirituality etc. that you experience will depend on yourself. Jo Buchanan, one of our tour facilitators, sums it all up as she writes: "No matter how far you travel, if it is transformation you are seeking, it will only occur when you are ready. For change can only come from within, which is the most sacred site of all".
